Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
Because our items are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our clothing, or house hold items. For clothing, please make sure you use our sizing chart to ensure that your clothing items will fit properly prior to purchasing.
If your items in your order are damaged then please contact us for a replacement.
Unless we cancel an event (live or virtual) or do not deliver your digital products within a reasonable time frame, we will be unable to offer refunds or returns.
Upon payment for coaching services, you will be responsible for the full extent of the agreed upon fee. If you cancel appointments or miss sessions for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
